REFUND POLICY 

Our goal at Network Umpires is to give our students top-notch instruction and training. We are grateful for your trust and hope you enjoy our courses. However, due to the nature of our digital items and live batches, it is imperative to make sure you are aware of our special refund policy. Examine and select a course that meets your needs without having to pay any fees or costs.

 * After admission, there is no refund policy! *

 LIVE Training 

  • Famous engineers and trainers are paid according to the number of Client registered in active batches in which they teach.
  • We schedule and verify the batch once you register and pay for a course. Consequently, after you have paid for the course and confirmed your acceptance, we are unable to issue refunds. 
  •  Before participating in or confirming a purchase, please review the demo sessions and the content. Our batches are only confirmed upon entrance.   
  • Because of this, the organization does not offer refunds after courses are paid for or admissions are confirmed.

 Video course

 We will just provide you the course videos in the video course, there won’t be any labs or software.We are unable to provide refunds once you have paid for the video course and indicated that you accept it.

Exceptions cases  

We could think about issuing a refund if

1) Technical Issues: We’ll investigate and might issue a refund if you are unable to completely engage in the course due to significant technical difficulties or disruptions during the live batches or when viewing the pre-recorded information.

2) Non-Delivery of a Course: We will evaluate the circumstances and might issue a refund if we are unable to meet our commitment to supply the services.   

Please be aware that we are able to make the necessary adjustments if the trainer is unavailable and the batch dates need to be rescheduled. However, we will deduct 50% of the total as a cancellation fee if you request a refund instead and are unable to wait for the rescheduled batch.

We might require your documents or any other documentation in order to execute a refund.
